Become a Community Ticket Partner & Raise Funds for your Group, Club or Charity.

 

As a community festival, we want to continue to support other community projects and charities in the local area and our new community ticketing partner option gives local sports clubs, School Parents Associations, Community Groups, Charities and not for profits the opportunity to raise funds by promoting and selling tickets for our evening concerts.

 

How it Works?

Using a unique ticketing code dedicated to your group or club that you can offer to your members, parents or patrons - tickets which are purchased through our secure site and using your unique referral code will get 5% off RRP tickets as an incentive to purchase through a community partner and your club/ charity/ group receive 10% of the ticket sales purchased using your unique referral/discount code.

 

Of Tickets Sold through your Referral Code = 10% goes directly to your community organisation or club. Helping you raise funds with no overheads or costs.

This means for every adult ticket sold to your audience/members/parents/patrons, you would receive £3 for single night concerts or £7 for each individual adult weekend pass sold.

 

Hale Barns Carnival is now in its 5th year, and has welcomed over 18,000 attendees each year to our July Events; each year staging big all star concerts and raising over £200,000 for community projects.
